Hope you're having a fantastic day! Can you believe spring is quickly gracing us with its presence? Each day in April brings us a new gift, doesn't it? We're seeing those adorable little green shoots of the jonquils bravely poking through the earth, soaking up the sunshine, and it's making everything feel so fresh and new. The snow on top of San Francisco Peak is starting to wave goodbye to a long skiing season.

Around Munds Park, everyone's getting into the swing of things. I've already spotted folks diligently raking up all those pine needles, and it won't be long before our roadsides are dotted with those bags, ready for pick-up. It's a true sign that warmer days are here to stay! And if you've driven down Pinewood Boulevard lately, I bet your eyes were drawn to the stunning, vibrant green of the Pinewood Country Club fairways. They're just practically begging for the first round of golf to begin!

Speaking of local buzz, guess what? The incredible team at Pinewood Players has been super busy behind the scenes, getting everything ready for what promises to be an amazing 2026 season right here in Munds Park! Many of you have already discovered our fantastic new website, and we're so thrilled about it. It's now your one-stop shop for absolutely everything Pinewood Players related.

You can now easily sign up for a new membership (or renew an old one!), register for our popular drama camp, enroll in acting and improv classes, explore a bunch of fun volunteer opportunities, apply for college scholarships, or even make a kind donation – all in one super convenient spot! We've tried to make it as easy as pie for everyone.

It really won't be long now until our theater is absolutely buzzing with energy! Our talented actors and director, Jayne Heckman, are bringing all their off-season hard work from rehearsals right onto the stage. Get ready, because their upcoming presentation of "Four Old Broads on the High Sea" is going to be an absolute blast!
